Who we are
Artigellence Augmentation Aggregator (ABN 83 988 690 362), Sydney NSW, trading as Artigellence ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Name, phone, email and business details you give us in forms, chat, calls, WhatsApp or email.
- What you are asking about: trade, area, website or service needs.
- Call records for tracked numbers: caller number, time, duration, and recording or transcript where used.
- Basic technical information about your visit, if analytics are on.
Please do not send bank, card or identity document details through this website or chat.
Why we collect it
- To answer you, quote, and provide the services you ask for.
- To pass an enquiry from a customer to the right local business, with the customer's agreement.
- To invoice, keep records and meet legal obligations.
- To improve this website and our services.
Call recording
Calls to tracked numbers may be recorded and transcribed so that enquiries can be attributed and checked. The caller is told at the start of the call. Recordings are stored with our call-tracking provider in Australia.
AI assistant
The chat is an automated assistant that may use an AI service. What you type may be sent to that service to produce a reply, and kept so Raj can follow up if you ask for a call back. Do not type sensitive details.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host our website, email, call tracking and AI chat; the local business receiving an enquiry (with the customer's agreement); advisers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information. Some providers store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it appropriately.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, and keep it only as long as needed or required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct what we hold. Email raj@artigellence.com. If you are not happy, tell us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Opting out
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will, and we keep a record so we do not contact you again.
