Enquiry service (summary)
- 15-day free onboarding, then either a flat A$300 per week + GST, or the success fee: 8% on jobs up to A$5,000, 5% from A$5,000 to A$20,000, 3% above A$20,000 of the invoiced job value, on jobs you win and get paid for. Fees under A$50 roll over to your next statement.
- Fees are due when invoiced. If unpaid after 7 days, we pause forwarding enquiries until paid.
- You can opt out at the end of the current paid week. No exit fee, no minimum term, no auto-renewal. We give 14 days' notice to end or pause the service, or act immediately for non-payment or misuse.
- For the success fee: each lead is logged by us, you send us the signed quote or invoice within 7 days of a win, and we may check the outcome with the customer. Customers are told this tracking happens.
- You are responsible for your own licences, insurance, quotes and work.

Websites and other services
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Scope, price and timing are confirmed in writing before work starts. Delivery times start once we have the content, photos and logins we need.
